47% of US households pay no federal income taxes now, at this rate one day the majority will pay nothing?

Could it JUST be possible that the 47% quoted is the actual percentage of unemployment? Face it, the only ones not paying taxes are the ones who don't work. Soon and very soon, we will be in no better shape than those countries in Africa. Too many give away programs and not enough accountability.
