You should probably see a gynecologist to get everything checked out. The raw feeling when you're not on your period is probably due to there not being enough fluids down there. When you're boyfriend fingered you, do you get wet? If not, that would be a possible answer to the discomfort, but I really recommend you take a visit to the doctor.
