I have recurring dreams sometimes :) For me, there are 2 types- dreams that literally happen again, or dreams that are somewhat different that happen in the same place and the dream before is like history. (If that makes sense) Sometimes, I like to use scented candles and stuff before I go to bed, and that helps! It may very well be a stress dream, with like, a trigger during the day. Try and think of what happens the day of the dream, and write it down to see if you can find a pattern :) Good luck!
