Does it sound like i have an eating disorder?
I'm not someone that eats a lot. I graze throught the day. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. I like more natural healthy foods as opposed to processed healthy foods like 100 calorie packs. I dont eat meat or drink milk. I do eat dairy products but not often. I'm very active daily and do go to the gym about 3 times a week. I usually skip breakfast because I'm not hungry, a lot of times I make myself eat some fruit. Then I usually go for hours without eating. And sometimes I get busy and just not eat all day. Like ill have something for breakfast then ill get busy and forget to eat. I'm actually pretty about eating healthy and natural. I eat junk food but I dont like too. And I really only do it with other people because they want to. I dont count calories, if I look at the packaging its to see the vitamins and protine in it. I'm 19, 5'9, and I weight about 150. I think I'm fine. I'd love to tone up more but I dont want to loose weight.
