Which desktop has wireless connectivity, HDMI connection, at least 4GB RAM, USB3.0?

I'll be using my desktop mainly for Photoshop and watching movies. Do you guys know any desktop with the criteria above? Or perhaps u guys know any apps/software/website online that can help me sort desktops based on my description?
