Can i use tree tea oil or band aid ( a cream to get rid of cuts and grazes) on my face for a pimple scab?

The oil might just cause more pimples/blackheads. Leave alone or use benzoyl peroxide on it since it is anti-infective and will help dry/heal the pimple.
