DVD shrink 3.2 help why it is not working?

The other day I found this so I could burn protected DVDs for myself and no I'm not selling them I just like movies, but the other day I did a movie and it worked, but I did also get it from the convienent store.. Well this time I got 3 movies from a redbox...none of them are working. Can you tell me or help me fix it?
