Has anyone else noticed that waves of Liberalism always flare up after Conservatives and Producers make money?

Actually, it goes like this: The conservatives screw up the economy, then the people vote for the liberals, they try to fix it but aren't fast enough, thus the people vote for the conservatives again, who get all the credit for what the liberals did, and then screw up the economy again, etc....
