How do I hang with her over sumer?

ok so I really like this one girl that I became friends with this school year. we text all the time, and we hang alot at school. well now school is over, so we dont get to see eachother every day :( we have only hung outside of school once, over spring break, when she invited me to a movie with her and her friends. I wanna hang with her over summer, but how can I do this, cause her friends just do stuff like that all the time, and also most my friends either hate her, or know that there is somethibg with us, and try to make it awk. so do I always have to wait for her to invite me, or invite just me and her (but she has a twin sister do I invite her too?) or what what do I do? we are both 15 so no liscences or anything. thx
