How do this guy feel about me? (pretty short)?

this guy always texts me first, and he's really dirty and stuff during almost all of our convos. but in person when we have hung out before he never mentions any of that stuff to me, or even tries to make a move on me either. all he does is kinda hold my back when he's walking behind me, put his arm around my waist,and we saw a scary movie together and he put out his hand and held mine the whole movie. i don't get it....why is he so different in person than through text??
