Tips on becoming a movie writer/producer?

Im 14 at the moment and im certain that i want to get into the film industry, so far i have already written a few short screen plays, and im half way through my first novel. But im not totally sure on how to become one as i live in Australia and i dont no of any places to show off my work. PLease help with this.
