Bring her some peppermints. Let her smell them but don't give them to her until she's in her stall. You could use carrots as well. But you also need some discipline in there. Take the lead rope and hit her back legs and with it. Not hard, just enough to tell her to get moving. She might spook a bit, so prepare to be pulled.
